Mr. Brown is a seasoned real estate professional with 28 years of experience in office and medical office leasing, development and sales. Beginning in 1983, Mr. Brown helped to open the Northern Virginia office for Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. He was involved in over 2,000,000 square feet of leasing and sales before leaving in 1993, to lead the marketing leasing and sales for Atlantic Realty Companies, Inc. Over the past 23 years, Charles has been involved with Maryland real estate sales & leasing, property management, real estate investment, and the construction industry. Charles has specialized in the representation of medical and dental professionals with their commercial real estate needs as well as representing several Medical building owners. Mr. Gray began his professional career in 1995 as a Leasing Associate for The Centennial Companies; a Northern Virginia commercial real estate developer, and then onto The Donohoe Companies; a prominent Washington DC area commercial real estate developer since 1884. By November of 2000, Mr. Gray’s experiences representing a wide variety of clients lead to a position as a Director of Leasing with the Atlantic Realty Companies. While at the Atlantic Realty Companies, Mr. Gray was accountable and responsible for the leasing efforts of 1.1 million square feet of Atlantic Realty’s 3.5 million square foot portfolio. In January of 2004, Mr. Gray left Atlantic and along with a partner formed Innovative Management Inc. & Advantage Real Estate Services. There, Mr. Gray served as Executive Vice President; his responsibilities consisted of generating new opportunities for Leasing, Investment Sales and Property Management. Mr. Raymond began his professional career in 1986 as a site acquisition specialist for a developer of medium size commercial/retail strip centers in the Mid-Atlantic region. In 1999 he received his Real Estate Appraisers License, and by 2002 he had received his Real Estate Broker’s license. During his career Mr. Raymond has overseen over $100,000,000.00 in Real Estate transactions, both in sales and leasing. In addition to his Real Estate experiences, Mr. Raymond has an extensive construction background and is licensed as a Class "A" Contractor and Master Plumber. Sarah has been working with HPRG in the commercial real estate industry since 2007. Prior to her engagement with HPRG she was a sales manager with Surge Suppression Incorporated responsible for a sales force of near 20 employees. Over the past 6 years she has represented dozens of medical and dental professionals including Horizon Health care, Labcorp, Virginia Surgery Associates, Rockville Eye Associates and Shady Grove Radiology. She has also worked with a number of health care institutions such as INOVA and HCA. Sarah has been involved with the development of medical real estate projects, some as substantial as 150,000 sf. Darin Pugh has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 2006. Having worked with Brownstone Capital for five years, Mr. Pugh was responsible for the asset management and leasing of a portfolio consisting of 8 core-plus and value add office and industrial properties (with a primary focus on medical office) throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Darin secured new medical leases within the portfolio in excess of 70,000 square feet with an aggregate lease value exceeding $8 million. Additionally, Darin has a broad range of experience in many facets of the commercial real estate industry and has worked with clients ranging from national institutional firms to smaller local companies. Comparative market studies, detailed lease analysis and financial modeling are just a few of the areas in which Darin has a wealth of experience. Since joining HPRG in early 2011, Darin has worked with a number of large health care providers including HCP, Medstar, Inova, HCA and Holy Cross Hospital. Chaz Feitel has just recently begun his career in commercial real estate. After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University in 2012, he spent the better part of the year working for Caddie Master Enterprises Inc. at TPC Potomac. During this time he also worked various positions in the music industry and made frequent visits back to State College, Pennsylvania, where he performed at and contributed to the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon, which raised over twelve million dollars to fight pediatric cancer in 2013. Chaz is excited to learn about the ins and outs of the business and is looking forward to joining the team.
