Over the past 23 years, Charles has been involved with Maryland real estate sales & leasing, property management, real estate investment, and the construction industry. Mr. Gray began his professional career in 1995 as a Leasing Associate for The Centennial Companies; a Northern Virginia commercial real estate developer, and then onto The Donohoe Companies; a prominent Washington DC area commercial real estate developer since 1884. By November of 2000, Mr. Gray’s experiences representing a wide variety of clients lead to a position as a Director of Leasing with the Atlantic Realty Companies. While at the Atlantic Realty Companies, Mr. Gray was accountable and responsible for the leasing efforts of 1.1 million square feet of Atlantic Realty’s 3.5 million square foot portfolio. In January of 2004, Mr. Gray left Atlantic and along with a partner formed Innovative Management Inc. & Advantage Real Estate Services. Mr. Raymond began his professional career in 1986 as a site acquisition specialist for a developer of medium size commercial/retail strip centers in the Mid-Atlantic region. Darin Pugh has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 2006. Having worked with Brownstone Capital for five years, Mr. Pugh was responsible for the asset management and leasing of a portfolio consisting of 8 core-plus and value add office and industrial properties (with a primary focus on medical office) throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Darin secured new medical leases within the portfolio in excess of 70,000 square feet with an aggregate lease value exceeding $8 million. Chaz Feitel has just recently begun his career in commercial real estate. After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University in 2012, he spent the better part of the year working for Caddie Master Enterprises Inc. at TPC Potomac. During this time he also worked various positions in the music industry and made frequent visits back to State College, Pennsylvania, where he performed at and contributed to the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon, which raised over twelve million dollars to fight pediatric cancer in 2013. Bruno Santos has just recenty begun his career in commercial real estate. Bruno spent 3 years studying at the University of St. Andrews in the United Kingdom, where he majored in Economics and Philosophy. While at St. Andrews, Bruno was a member of the Global Investment Group, which is responsible for actively managing a $15,000 equity investment fund focused on US equities. After returning from St. Andrews in 2011, he has spent his time working as a customer service manager in the service industry. He was responsible for overseeing business operations, as well as managing up to 10 other employees.
