Mr. Brown is a seasoned real estate professional with 28 years of experience in office and medical office leasing, development and sales. Beginning in 1983, Mr. Brown helped to open the Northern Virginia office for Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. He was involved in over 2,000,000 square feet of leasing and sales before leaving in 1993, to lead the marketing leasing and sales for Atlantic Realty Companies, Inc. Mr. Brown directed the redevelopment and sale of over 650,000 square feet of condominium conversions and construction in 13 separate projects.
